Could they actually be a powerful catalyst for change?

“We need to understand that thoughts are tools. Are we using them as productively as we can? Are our thoughts serving us well, or are we their victims? It’s up to us.”
—Dr. Tom Morris

BuddhaIt’s Not You!

You are not your thoughts. You are the silent observer of your thoughts.

That means that you, your soul, is bigger than all of that. These thoughts could not be there without you noticing them. No matter how loud and overwhelming they might seem.

Manage Your Thoughts?

Regardless of how hard you try to be more positive or to empty your mind, thoughts come and go — just like clouds in the sky. They can only hurt you when you engage with them and make them real. That’s what makes them forceful! Your perceptions are powerless until you believe in them. Then they can become controlling programs which is how your personal world is established – by your perceptions (which are only always projections) that become beliefs, stories and programs locked into your personal computer. When perceptions are believed they can start a war — or they can move mountains!

Want to move mountains?

1. Choose Your Code

Here is where your power lies. You can’t always choose your thoughts but you can choose which code you want to engage. Why choose a code that makes you feel bad? The ego mind code produces negative self-talk, endless mind chatter, and disempowering questions. It leads to depression, frustration and anxiety. The divine mind code produces thoughts that always empower you to be the best version of you.

2. Verbalize Your Code

Start by expressing love, kindness and compassion to your family and friends.
Next, spend time with people who are already actively engaged in becoming the best version of their selves. They don’t indulge in blaming, complaining, and speaking ill of others. Your True Self knows the truth and when you speak its code you have so much to offer the world.

3. Embody Your Code

Engage your body. Your posture, stance and movement have powerful effects on your hormones, emotions and state. You can instantly tell when someone is depressed or insecure — their mouth turns down, their eyes lose their sparkle, and they slump. There is scientific evidence that when you stand up straight and smile, your emotions change. You feel better and more confident. So, are you ready?

Stand up right now and smile! Return to sparkle and become a magnet to love and joy!

When racing thoughts seem to be getting the better of you, remind yourself that you’re bigger than them. You have a choice. You always have a choice. Live an empowered life by making the choice to live in the Divine mind code.
